ADC- Line Cook | Full and Part-Time

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the kitchen by assisting with meal preparation and ensuring that all ingredients are ready for our chefs. This position is perfect for individuals who have a love for food and a desire to grow within the food industry.

Duties

  • Prepare and chop ingredients, including vegetables, meats, and herbs, following recipes and menu specifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of sauces, dressings, and other components necessary for meal assembly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a culinary or food preparation role is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices within a restaurant or kitchen environment.
